about

Queen to infinity was recorded as part of Return Journey a collaborative research project with choreographer Mary Nunan and James Kelly of Feenish. The work exploring the relationship between the dancing body and the moving image, the process resulted in a 3 channel video performance installation in the Cube in Project Arts Centre, Dublin in February 2008.

The sound was constructed from field recordings and tonal experimentations. It was heard in the gallery over 6 speakers and was designed to continuously present new readings/sound combinations. Below are the core audio piece presented in a stereo format.
